(More customer reviews)At least mine did and it was a pleasant surprise. This shows that the manufacturer listens to feedback. This is a light, sturdy, roomy, nice-featured rack for a great price. I had to bend the legs a wee-bit to get it to fit, but who cares!
I just loaded this thing up with beach towels and my gf's purse in the morning and boxed wine and a 12er of PBR in the evening (because we're freakin classy). The rack load weighed more than the bike... but it worked!
Protip: get a bungie net from Performance bike... they're on sale for $5 and will change your life!

Aluminum 2-leg rear carrier. Alloy 8-inch struts included, adjustable for 24 inch to 700C wheels. Reflector bracket, spring flap, and mini-pump holder. Capacity for 3-leg carrier is 35lbs. Includes spring retention systems, Reflector not included------------------------This rack comes with three sets of screws and two sets of nuts. One set of screws and nuts are for the leg parts of the rack where it is installed and attached to the bicycle. The size of the leg screw is 7/32". Please be advised that these screws will fit most bicycle holes made for rear rack legs. However, due to variety of different bicycle designs, there are bicycles that these screws for rack legs may not fit your bicycle. In this case you may need to purchase additional screws in order to install this rack to your bicycle. This rear rack comes with screws that have hexagonal sockets in the head. Therefore, you will need an Allen wrench to install this rack. Please note that your bike must have mounting eyelets on the seat stays in order to fit the rack. If you don't have these eyelets, you must have seat stay clapms.
