(More customer reviews)I had really high expectation for this rack, after watching the video, the rack was the most technological advance that I have seen, the design is really high tech, however, the material is kinda cheap, don't know whether it will last or hold up. The end cap was misaligned, and the paint was scratch on several places due to poor packaging. I had the Thule T2 and Yakima Holdup, the quality seems a little better.The Yakima had the smallest footprint, second was the Thule, this rack was by far the largest and stuck out the most.If space is an issue in your garage, the Yakima stores better.Like the Yakima, it has a very high profile, I was unable to open the rear tailgate, the Thule did not have this issue.The quality of the front wheel mount is better than the Yakima and the Thule, the rear wheel is mounted directly on the painted metal surface, and in time, the paint will wear off.The Yakima and the Thule has a better rear tire mount.It was the most expensive out of the three racks, I don't know if the extra money is worth it.
In conclusion, good design but poor execution. Also, the Customer Service is really bad, called them during business hours, no answer, left a message, have not heard back since. Seems like a low budget operation, with only a few people working.
