(More customer reviews)Love this pannier (I have it in green, which isn't available at the moment) - and get complimented on it all the time. Having a pannier that I could easily remove and use as a shopping and/or school bag was important to me, and this one fits the bill. It's solidly constructed, well-designed and very roomy (fits a bunch of groceries or several books/binders with ease, and the handles are long enough to fit, albeit snugly, over my shoulder). Reflective panels are an added safety bonus. I only use one on one side and have found that to be sufficient so far as I typically carry a purse or messenger bag separately. I don't know yet how water-resistant it is; it's not sealed at the top front/back so it may require a rain cover, which unfortunately isn't included.
