(More customer reviews)I was initially enamored with these panniers until one day they spontaneously self-destructed (it was a heavy load, but not unreasonable). They tore along the seam of one of the top zippers and my groceries came pouring out onto the pavement like they'd been violently eviscerated. The seller wasn't amenable to restitution, and so I'm displeased enough to write this scathing review.
