(More customer reviews)I was disappointed to find out that a new product on the market does not fit standard mountain bike's.
I called the company, Topeak, on two occasions and after the first call was promised a call back after the rep was going to check and see if the Ride-Up-Stand fit my particular Trek mountain bike.
After 2 1/2 weeks, I called the company back again and spoke to a representative who handled the situation much better and just informed me that there was no way of checking which bike's the product was compatible with.
His suggestion was to return the product immediately.
