(More customer reviews)I've been using mine for nearly ten months, commuting daily with reasonably heavy loads, and I've never had a problem. The backpack straps are strong for when I am not using the bike, and it has never fallen off or come loose while riding. It works great when it is raining,snowing and miserable out, including in subzero temperatures. My bike doesn't have a place to attach a traditional rack, and I've found keeping it as low as possible has helped with clearance issues.
