(More customer reviews)I ordered a pair of these for less than the price of one of some other brands.They fit my Topeak Explorer rack and will hold as many library books or groceries as I will care to lug up the hill to my home from town!They are not as sophisticated as some of the more expensive bags; they do not fold FLAT when empty.But for the price, I am happy with a semi-flat folded bag; I'm not racing with or without the bags.The photo makes it appear as if there is a "top", but these are open.I do recommend them.
